Be the exclusive Wi-Fi sponsor for BOTH Summits. Wi-Fi access will be available for all attendees and the Wi-Fi sponsor will have a customized Wi-Fi network and password and a URL link to the your company homepage once successfully logged in. This gives you great company branding onsite throughout the 2 days as most attendees will be using the Wi-Fi network.
Be the EXCLUSIVE badge sponsor of the entire audience. The attendee badge is the first thing the delegates look at when speaking to another attendees. The Badge sponsor will be ‘front of mind’ throughout the event by the inclusion of your logo on the badges that every delegate wears.
TOTE BAG SPONSOR
During registration, the whole audience will receive an attractive bag imprinted with your logo and the Curtis & Coulter logo. Attendees will use these bags throughout the event to carry their event materials. These bags also tend to be used long after the main conference ends insuring unique brand awareness. Sponsor will be responsible for purchasing, shipping and handling of bags to the venue. We will distribute.
NOTEPAD & PEN SPONSOR
Have your company logo on all the conference notepads and pens as the whole audience take notes throughout the event. Enjoy a high degree of brand visibility post conference as they take their note pad & pen materials back with them. Sponsors are responsible for providing the imprinted notepads and shipping and handling. We will distribute. Notepads must be 5″x8″ or larger with cardboard backing.
HOTEL ROOM DROP SPONSOR
Gain a competitive advantage by having a company promotional piece delivered directly to the WHOLE AUDIENCE under the hotel room door early morning either Day 1 or Day 2 of the conference. Materials to be distributed subject to approval.
