Are you an industry expert with a leading platform technology or case study to share? This is our most popular sponsorship. This sponsorship will allow you to present a 40 min (30 min followed by 10 min Q & A) session on either co-located summit audience depending on slot availability. It is encouraged to present with a client for the session subject to 2019 program advisory board approval.

Demonstrate your knowledge and expertise as a Summit panelist. PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP SPONSOR
Want more face time to demonstrate your knowledge leadership to potential clients? Lead a 2-3 hour interactive workshop on Pre-conference Workshop Day. Attendees will have specifically signed up for your workshop, therefore pre-qualifying their interest. Topic to be approved by our advisory board.
NETWORKING RECEPTION SPONSOR
Be the Exclusive Networking Reception Sponsor for the whole audience (all 3 Summits). You will have the opportunity to give a special welcome speech, have significant signage and distribute company branded materials during the reception. Be creative! The bar will also be set up by your booth area to maximize your exposure and networking opportunities. Remaining options available include:
- Pre-conference Meet & Greet Reception ( 6.30pm – 8.30pm : 2 hours)
- End of Day One Networking Reception (5:30pm – 7:00pm : 90 mins)
WI-FI SPONSOR
Be the exclusive Wi-Fi sponsor for all three Summits. Wi-Fi access will be available for all attendees and the Wi-Fi sponsor will have a customized Wi-Fi network and password and a URL link to the your company homepage once successfully logged in. This gives you great company branding onsite throughout the 2 days as most attendees will be using the Wi-Fi network.
BADGE SPONSOR
Be the EXCLUSIVE badge sponsor of the entire audience. The attendee badge is the first thing the delegates look at when speaking to another attendees. The Badge sponsor will be ‘front of mind’ throughout the event by the inclusion of your logo on the badges that every delegate wears.
TOTE BAG SPONSOR
During registration, the whole audience will receive an attractive bag imprinted with your logo and the Curtis & Coulter logo. Attendees will use these bags throughout the event to carry their event materials. These bags also tend to be used long after the main conference ends insuring unique brand awareness. Sponsor will be responsible for purchasing, shipping and handling of bags to the venue. We will distribute.
NOTEPAD & PEN SPONSOR
Have your company logo on all the conference notepads and pens as the whole audience take notes throughout the event. Enjoy a high degree of brand visibility post conference as they take their note pad & pen materials back with them. Sponsors are responsible for providing the imprinted notepads and shipping and handling. We will distribute. Notepads must be 5″x8″ or larger with cardboard backing.
HOTEL ROOM DROP SPONSOR
Gain a competitive advantage by having a company promotional piece delivered directly to the WHOLE AUDIENCE under the hotel room door early morning either Day 1 or Day 2 of the conference. Materials to be distributed subject to approval.
REFRESHMENT BREAK SPONSOR
As a sponsor of one of our breaks this allows for even greater networking potential and being able to distribute company materials during the break to the whole audience.
