The Reputation Summit

Building, Protecting & Strengthening Corporate Reputation in the Age of AI & Social Media

Reputation has never been more valuable, or more vulnerable.

In a world where trust can take years to build and moments to lose, protecting your organisation's reputation is no longer just a communications priority. It's a business imperative.

Now in its sixth year, The Reputation Summit brings together leaders in marketing, brand, public relations, corporate communications and reputation management for two days of candid conversations, real-world case studies and actionable insights.

From AI-driven misinformation and social media crises to brand trust, corporate accountability and reputation resilience, discover how organisations are navigating today's biggest challenges, protecting what they've built and earning the trust of tomorrow.

Because every organisation has a reputation. And every reputation is worth protecting.

Two days. Short, engaging TED-style presentations. Real-world insights. Meaningful connections.

Why attend

The question isn’t whether you’ll face a reputational challenge. It’s whether you’ll be ready.

Viral controversies erupt overnight. AI-generated misinformation, deepfakes and a fragmented media landscape make reputational risk faster and harder to manage than ever. One misstep can hit trust, customer loyalty, employee confidence and revenue.

Expert insights

Hear directly from leaders who have faced real reputational challenges — what worked, what didn’t and what they’d do differently.

Actionable playbooks

Take away practical frameworks and strategies you can apply immediately within your organization.

Peer connections

An intimate, curated format built for meaningful conversations with marketing, brand, PR, communications and reputation professionals facing the same challenges.

Leave with practical strategies to:

  • Build and protect trust
  • Identify reputational risks before they become crises
  • Respond effectively when things go wrong
  • Navigate AI, misinformation and the changing media landscape
  • Turn reputational challenges into opportunities to emerge stronger
  • Strengthen long-term organizational resilience

What attendees said

“Really more intimate … more meaningful conversations”

I spent two glorious days at the Brand Reputation Summit […] and it was a rich experience of generous humans sharing what they’ve learned to protect and strengthen corporate reputation in an age of AI. A terrific Brand Reputation Summit.

Patrice TanakaFounder & Chief Joy Officer, Joyful Planet Foundation

These curated Curtis & Coulter LLC conferences are really more intimate and allow for more meaningful conversations. I had a great time, and was thrilled to contribute on the day 2 panel discussion with more friends and colleagues.

Brian M GreenChief AI & Ethics Officer, Health-Vision.AI

The conversations throughout the 2 days at the Reputation Summit were incredible. […] It’s one thing to read about reputation management strategies, it’s another to exchange real-world experiences with people navigating the same challenges and opportunities.

Sarah UranCEO & Co-Founder, Trusscare

What an honor to speak at this event on Artificial Intelligence, a tool, a resource, but not a replacement for humans such as creatives engaging in authentic storytelling to the public.

Susan Jin DavisFormer Social Impact Officer, Al Roker Entertainment

If your brand doesn’t communicate its values clearly, AI won’t know you stand for them and won’t present you as such. […] Grateful for the insights and conversations at the summit.

Abhijnan PrakashCEO, 3 Wired Minds

Great event and excellent networking and programming at the Brand Reputation Summit. […] Thank you to so many for the great content.

Johna BurkeCEO, AMEC
